This typeface is a work in progress, developed as part of the Type Electives’ Crash Course in Revival Type Design during the winter of 2024. I chose Feder Grotesk (Jakob Erbar, 1909) as the foundation, creating a basic set of uppercase and lowercase letters, numerals, a selection of punctuation marks, and a few alternate characters. The course included several proofing documents and concluded with a fanzine spread that served as the typeface specimen.
